Born less than a decade ago as a homebrew hobby in the kitchen of Emily and Casey Malone, Puget Sound Kombucha has grown to become the region’s most prolific producer of small-batch booch.
With an expanding market, we were tasked to give the brand a refresh. Our challenge was to take a well-known and loved product and give it new life, while retaining their brand equity.
We renamed their brews with Northwest-inspired flavors and develop a fresh look for their bottles, including cleverly cutout droplets allowing the beautifully fermented tea colors to shine.
Retaining the iconic rain drop, we updated the typography in the logo, creating a mark that was both refreshing yet familiar.
