Connecting people with lived environments, communities, and each other through thoughtful design, The Architectural Team (TAT) is an award-winning firm specializing in architecture, interior design, and master planning since 1971.
Our engagement with TAT began with a thorough discovery phase aimed at deeply understanding the firm’s 50-year legacy and future goals. We initiated the process by interviewing the TAT’s leadership and marketing team, followed by a wider team survey to collect and distill key information regarding brand perception, existing website challenges, and new opportunities for digital refinement. This qualitative data was supplemented by web analytics and research into leading architecture websites (along with People People’s depth of experience with AEC projects) to identify industry trends, best practices and opportunities for TAT’s differentiation. Based on these insights, we created wireframes to outline the user experience, layout, and functionality, culminating in a refreshed brand kit, custom web design, and a ground-up development process to bring the modern vision to life.
